Find Your Way Around
The interface is organised by business activity: sales, purchasing, expenses, inventory, payroll, accounting, reports, VAT and company administration.
Open a workspace
Use the sidebar to open a workspace, then choose a page inside it. On a smaller screen, open the navigation menu first. Items may be hidden when a feature is unavailable or your role does not allow access.
Use the dashboard
- Change the date range to review revenue, collections, outstanding invoices and overdue amounts for the same period.
- Use the quick actions to start common transactions.
- Open an alert or exception rather than treating the dashboard total as the final accounting report.
Search instead of browsing
- Open global search from the header, or press Ctrl+K on Windows and Command+K on macOS.
- Enter a page name, document number, customer or supplier.
- Select the result to open it. Customer or supplier names are shown beside document numbers where available.
Understand statuses
A status tells you what the record can do next. Draft documents usually remain editable and have no accounting effect. Issuing, approving, accepting or finalising normally locks the record and may post to the ledger. Payment status is separate from an invoice's lifecycle status, so an issued invoice can be unpaid, part-paid or paid.
If you are signed out while working
A sign-in session lasts two hours. If a page has been open longer than that, saving it can fail with a message about an expired page or a token mismatch. Reload the page, sign in again, and capture the work again. Nothing you had already saved is affected; only unsaved typing on the screen in front of you is lost, so it is worth saving a long invoice as a draft while you work on it.
Use the calendar and Roxy
The calendar gathers dated work such as due dates where the feature is enabled. Roxy opens as a persistent chat tray and uses the current page as context. Ask it how a feature works or what an accounting term means; it cannot inspect or change your company records.
