Go to app.oxyaccounting.co.za/login and click 'Forgot password'. Enter your email address and you'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.

To cancel, email us at hello@oxyaccounting.co.za and we'll process it for you. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

If you're within your 14-day money-back period, email hello@oxyaccounting.co.za with your account email and your banking details. Refunds are processed within 5 business days via PayFast.

OxyAccounting supports FNB, ABSA, Capitec, Standard Bank, and Nedbank CSV formats. Make sure you're exporting from the correct section of your bank's online portal. If the format doesn't match, email us with the bank name and a sample export file and we'll investigate.

Yes — OxyAccounting is a standalone platform. You would re-enter your customers, suppliers, and products directly in the app, and carry forward opening balances for any existing transactions. Email us if you have questions about getting started.
