Refund Policy

OxyAccounting offers a full 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial subscription payment. If you are unsatisfied with the service for any reason within this period, you may request a full refund by emailing hello@oxyaccounting.co.za.

No explanation is required. Refunds under this guarantee will be processed within 5 business days via PayFast to the original payment method.

After the 14-day guarantee period has elapsed, subscription payments are non-refundable. This includes partial months — if you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be issued for the remaining days.

You may cancel your OxyAccounting subscription at any time by emailing hello@oxyaccounting.co.za. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — your account remains active and fully functional until that date.

To request a refund within the 14-day guarantee window, email hello@oxyaccounting.co.za with the email address associated with your account and your banking details for the refund.

OxyAccounting subscriptions are billed monthly at R149 per month. All payments are processed securely via PayFast. By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly charges until you cancel.

OxyAccounting reserves the right to adjust pricing with advance notice. If pricing changes, you will be notified before the new rate takes effect.

After cancellation, your account and data are retained for 90 days, giving you time to export any records you need. After 90 days, your data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
