Subscription and Data

One plan includes the full product, billed monthly or yearly. Company administrators can manage billing and prepare a complete company-data export.

During the free trial

The 14-day trial starts when the welcome link is used to set the password. No card is required. Select Subscribe now from the trial bar, dashboard or Company > Subscription at any point. Subscribing early keeps the unused trial days and appends the paid period after them.

Review or cancel the subscription

  1. Go to Company > Subscription.
  2. Review the plan, status, amount, billing period and renewal or access date.
  3. To stop renewal, select Cancel subscription and confirm Yes, cancel it.

Cancellation stops the PayFast debit order and access continues to the end of the paid period. A banner names that date on every page. If a trial or subscription lapses, the company data is not automatically erased. Subscribe or reactivate to regain normal access.

Restart after cancelling

A cancellation can be undone at any time, including before the paid period runs out. Select Restart it on the banner, or Start a new subscription on Company > Subscription. Whatever is left of the period already paid for is added on top of the new one, so restarting early costs nothing.

Export all company data

  1. Go to Company > Settings > Your Data.
  2. Leave Include files for other accounting systems on when the export is for migration.
  3. Select Prepare my export. One export can be prepared at a time; larger companies finish in the background.
  4. Download the ZIP when it is ready. The link remains available for seven days.

The archive includes raw CSV data, portable CSVs keyed by recognisable values, files and attachments, company profile, manifest and opening trial balance. It includes voided data in the raw area but excludes password hashes, gateway credentials and derived balances. It does not include rendered document PDFs or provide one-click migration into another package.
