One plan.
Everything included.

29 things on that list. One price for all of them, and the same price whether you use one of them or every one.

Why the list is that long

It is not an invoicing app with extras bolted on.

There is a full set of books underneath, and they are keeping themselves as you work. That is the part you would normally pay a bookkeeper to do.

Real double-entry, not a spreadsheet

Every invoice, payment, bill and pay run posts itself to a general ledger you can open and read. A trial balance that balances, a balance sheet with last year beside it, and an audit trail on every figure.

  • Trial balance and balance sheet
  • Journals with drill-through
  • Year-end close and period locking

It knows the South African rules

A VAT201 built field by field against the real SARS form, with a panel that reconciles every field back to your ledger before you file. Payroll runs PAYE, UIF and SDL off the official SARS tax tables.

  • VAT201 with a GL reconciliation
  • PAYE, UIF and SDL
  • Payslips, EMP201, IRP5 and EMP501

Your bank, reconciled

Export a statement from your online banking, import the CSV, and the credits match themselves to customer payments and the debits to expenses. What does not match is flagged rather than guessed at.

  • All five major banks
  • Automatic matching
  • Lock the period when it balances

The actual product

Here is what you will be looking at.

No mock-ups and no marketing renders. These are the screens, as they ship.

Raising an invoice. VAT is worked out per line, so a zero-rated export and a standard-rated item sit on one document.
The dashboard. Revenue against what has actually been collected, so the gap between invoiced and banked is the first thing you see.
Bank reconciliation. Your statement on one side, what the books already know on the other, matched automatically where they agree.
The whole price

There is no bigger plan to move up to.

R149/month

Or R1,490 a year, which is the same plan with two months off.

Awesomeness

Before you start

The questions everyone asks.

Yes, all of it. There is one plan at R149 a month and every feature is in it: invoicing, quotations, credit notes, purchase orders, goods received notes, supplier invoices, expenses, stock, bank reconciliation, payroll, VAT201 and the general ledger underneath. There is no Starter, no Pro and nothing that unlocks when you spend more.

No. You sign up with an email address and a password. We do not ask for card details, and there is nothing to cancel if you decide against it: the trial simply stops on day 14.

No. The trial is the full plan with nothing held back and no document limits. What you set up during the trial is your real account, so nothing has to be redone when you subscribe.

That is who it is built for. You raise an invoice, record what you spend and import your bank statement, and the double-entry side happens underneath without you touching a journal. Roxy, the built-in assistant, answers questions on whatever screen you are on, and there is a full manual if you would rather read.

Yes. Customers, suppliers, products, open invoices, open bills and your opening balances come in from CSV. Every import is checked row by row before it saves and can be undone in one click if it is not right.

The account pauses until you subscribe. Your data is not deleted when a trial ends, and we will give you notice before removing a long-dormant account. Ask us and we will delete it sooner.

Company admins cancel under Company then Subscription. It stops the debit order immediately and your access runs to the end of the period you have paid for. You do not need to email anyone.

Your books.
Under control.
