Select your customer, or quick-create a new customer.

If the customer has a quotation on the system, you can link it directly and the invoice will automatically use the quotation line-items.

Generate PDF
With Generate PDF, you can instantly create a professional, portable version of the invoice, ready to be saved or sent digitally. This PDF is automatically attached when you click Email Invoice.
Email Invoice
The Email Invoice button simplifies communication with your clients by sending the invoice directly to their email address, saving you the step of downloading and attaching a file manually.
Credit & Re-invoice
If you need to adjust a previously issued invoice, the Credit and Re-invoice function enables you to apply a credit to the original invoice and create a new, corrected version with just a few clicks.
Edit
Finally, the Edit button gives you full control to update any details on the invoice, ensuring that every record remains accurate and up to date. Edit functionality is only available for unsent/unpaid invoices.
