Welcome to OxyAccounting (https://oxyaccounting.co.za). By using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before accessing or using the service.

  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By accessing or using OxyAccounting, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
  2. Eligibility
    You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use OxyAccounting.
  3. Account Registration
    You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  4. Services and Use
    OxyAccounting provides online accounting tools including invoicing, quotations, purchase orders, goods received notes, product management, payment processing, PDF document generation and automatic allocation of payments. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including South African tax and financial regulations.
  5. Subscription and Payment
    Access to OxyAccounting is subscription-based, starting at R149 per month. Payments must be made in advance via the provided payment methods. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, but you will be notified in advance.
  6. User Responsibilities
    You agree to keep your account credentials confidential. You agree not to use OxyAccounting for fraudulent or unlawful purposes. You agree not to attempt to interfere with the platform’s operation or security.
  7. Intellectual Property
    All content, software, and branding within OxyAccounting remain the property of OxyAccounting. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
  8. Limitation of Liability
    Use of OxyAccounting is at your own risk. The platform is provided on an as is and as available basis. While we strive for accuracy, reliability, and security, no software is completely free of errors or downtime. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OxyAccounting and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from system errors, bugs, downtime, loss, alteration or corruption of data, unauthorised access to your account or data, or any failure of the platform to perform as expected. We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security against all potential threats and are not liable for breaches caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In any event, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the platform will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  9. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold OxyAccounting harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
  10. Termination
    We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  11. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
  12. Changes to Terms
    OxyAccounting may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
